As a part of my firm’s ongoing marketing efforts for Playground Destination Properties Inc., we completed a number of small take-away cards advertising condos for sale in Winter Park, Mammoth Mountain and Napa Valley. These buzz cards were placed in guest rooms and designed to drive foot traffic to Playground’s sales offices, all of which are within walking distance of the rentals where these cards were placed.

With the launch of their new product–The ComplyData Intelligent Portal–ComplyData also needed a new website, demo and set of print collateral. From website content to a downloadable Product Overview, I took on the copywriting. This April, they’ve launched their website alongside a comprehensive marketing campaign. Winter Park’s Fraser Crossing and Founders Pointe–two condominium buildings nestled against the Village–needed print collateral to hand out to prospective buyers. This piece highlights the strengths of the location and invites prospects to imagine themselves in Winter Park.
